NLP-based clinical decision support applying DSM-5-TR criteria to clinical text, with model explainability designed into the workflow.

Built the pipeline from source extraction through structured data preparation and model serving.
Fine-tuned BioClinicalBERT for psychiatric classification.
Achieved 93.35% accuracy and 93.0% F1.
Added SHAP-based explanations so users can inspect why the model produced an output.
